Valpolicella PDO ORGANIC
Valpolicella, with its bright ruby red color, moves gracefully in the glass. On the nose it immediately expresses pleasant hints of crunchy cherry and Morasca cherry, accompanied by a bouquet of wild roses and a reminiscence of licorice and pink pepper. On the palate it proves agile, marked by a tasty flavor and a juicy freshness that favors tasting again and offsets the alcoholic note. Pleasant returns of flowers and small red fruits end drinking with a bang.
Grapes and harvest
Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. Trained with the Guyot system on the hills of San Mattia, they are harvested by hand
Vinification and refinement
Traditionally processed in steel with marc and at a controlled temperature. A part of this wine is quickly transferred into oak barrels.Pairing
Smooth and pleasant to drink, Valpolicella is well paired with several dishes: cold cuts and cheeses, fresh pasta with meat sauce or even a nice grilled beef steak.Serving temperature
