Terra Gialla PGI Verona White
Terra Gialla comes in an intense golden guise, resulting from the maceration of the Garganega and Chardonnay grapes on their skins for a few hours. It releases juicy notes of yellow peach with floral flavors of broom. A hint of citrus peel of cedar, a refreshing bunch of aromatic herbs, with outstanding mint and marjoram, and a toasted sensation of almond complete the bouquet. Sipping is tense and energetic. Its vivid flavor and remarkable freshness tend to win over the alcoholic component of this wine, making it easy to drink. After drinking, juicy yellow fruit comes out again with pleasantly bitter almond aromas.
The great freshness of this wine makes it suitable for fairly fatty foods, such as battered and fried vegetables, Soppressa or good creamy butter risotto.

“Her brisk pace followed the rhythm of the thoughts that crowded her mind as she walked quickly among the shrubs and perfumes that populated the path. As she walked by the tuff wall, she touched it and felt it crush under her hand. She crumbled the yellow powder between her fingers and realized how strong and fragile it was at the same time.”
